Dissection of pectoralis major muscle

Dissection of SCM muscle. Dissection from SCM muscle to lateral side

Dissection of subcutaneous skin flap and external jugular veine

Dissection between 2 heads of SCM muscle

Omohyoid muscle dissected

Dissection of Straps muscle

Dissection of Thyroid gland

Dissection of Thyroid gland (superior pole)

Chung’s retractor in place
